Every project is approached with intention and a cinematic perspective to ensure each image and video tells a compelling story and leaves a lasting impression.
Candid Coastal Founder: Kaylin Jessica
My passion for visual storytelling began at a young age, using camcorders and a Nintendo DS to create videos that brought laughter into my home. What started as a personal creative outlet evolved into a focused craft centered on emotion, relatability, and intention.
In 2018, I was invited by Tik Tok to attend an exclusive creator event, a moment that confirmed content creation was worth pursuing. In early 2025, I became an official partner with Hollister Co. taking part in The Hollister Style Hub, a role I continue to hold today. That experience broadened my perspective beyond traditional photo and video, teaching me that influence and style often communicate more about a person than a photograph alone.
This understanding shaped the evolution of Candid Coastal. My work is created to make people feel seen, confident, and present in the moment. Beyond capturing visuals, my goal is to create with curiosity, following ideas wherever they unfold.
